Role
Full-cycle project management — from site structure to final delivery. Oversaw all 6 stages: information architecture (5 Miro iterations), wireframes, UI/UX design, frontend development, testing and QA, SEO/accessibility optimization. Coordinated the BeeCreative team and client-side interaction with Kurotec's Project Manager.

Problem
An industrial company with 40+ years of experience and deliveries to 50+ countries had no modern web presence matching the scale of the business. The old site didn't reflect expertise, didn't show the geography of projects, and wasn't working to attract B2B clients from international markets (DACH, CIS, global).
