Problem

Aspro is a powerful project management system, but the team lives in Telegram. The result: people forget to log time, producers learn about budget overruns after the fact, and management has no real picture of team workload. The daily routine — "remind me to fill in hours," "how much is left on this task?" — eats managers' time and irritates the team.
